During service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.

We use a process called "hot-water extraction" commonly referred to as steam cleaning.  An environmentally-friendly hot water solution is injected deep into the carpet fibers and immediately extracted with a high-powered truck mounted vacuum system. This method removes the toughest deep-down dirt as well as many allergens and odors. Our system is so powerful, we can remove most of the moisture allowing your carpets to dry quickly and safely.
