Carpet Cleaning

PRE-INSPECTION: 

We’ll walk through your home with you and note all the areas of concern. We'll be honest in our assessment allowing you the proper expectation.

PRE-VACCUM:

This is done if there is loose debris on the top of the carpet that may affect the cleaning process. We encourage you to pre-vacuum as well before our appointment.  

PRE-SPRAY AND AGITATION:

Most carpets may require a pre-spray to break down oils, sugars and other sticky substances that attract dirt and bacteria. We will then "agitate" the fibers either manually or mechanically to allow the pre-spray to penetrate deeper into the carpet then let it "dwell" for a bit before the actual cleaning.  

MOVE MOST FURNITURE:

If needed, we’ll move most furniture in the areas to be cleaned such as sofas and loveseats, recliners, coffee tables, etc.  We will clean their areas and place them back with protective pads under the legs and edges.  There are exceptions; We do not move entertainment centers, hutches, china cabinets, and dressers with mounted vanity mirrors.  

"STEAM" EXTRACTION:

We’ll inject hot water into your carpet fibers and immediately extract the excess moisture with our advanced truck-mounted cleaning machine. This method is commonly referred to as "steam cleaning".  Each home has different types of carpet and we have the knowledge and experience to choose the best carpet cleaning products and techniques to get the best results. We use environmentally friendly products that will give you the best results.

SPOTTING AND ANALYSIS:

We will do a detailed analysis on any remaining spots or stains and do our best to remove or at least lighten them. Severe stains or trouble areas may need additional services. We will always inform you on any additional costs that may incur.  In some cases, post spotting procedures may be deployed to remove any stains that might be remaining after the steam cleaning. During most of this process, we will have placed specialized fans to assist in drying the carpet more rapidly.

ADDITIONAL SPECIALIZED SERVICES:

We will always offer additional services to help keep your carpet looking fresh and last longer. Your carpet is an expensive investment and we want to assist in keeping its value.  We offer a protective barrier spray that will adhere to your carpet fibers and help with future accidents and wear patterns. In the industry, this is commonly referred to as "Scotch Guard". Due to going more environmentally friendly, we have opted to go with a product called "Soil Shield" which has amazing results. In addition to the fiber protection, we also offer pet protection enzymes that penetrate the carpet fibers all the way to the backing and eliminates and destroys the odor causing bacteria that pet urine and deposits leave behind. 

CARPET GROOMING AND POST INPECTION:

We want to leave you having the BEST experience ever and part of that is having you walk-through and inspect all areas. We will "groom" your carpet allowing the fibers to "lift" which will aid in the drying time. Keeping your a/c on or at least a fan will circulate the air in your home to also aid in this process.  Most carpets dry in about 6-8 hours but can be walked on immediately.  

CLEAN UP:

As we finish the process and start the packing up phase, we will always ensure that your home will look the same or hopefully better than when we first arrived.  Our motto has always been to "leave a place better than we found it.  

We can give you a ballpark figure over the phone or message apps but we prefer the personal touch and visit onsite to get precise information the first time.
